A lot of people spend time toiling in their business, hoping for results. The thing they started to give them financial freedom ends up being the very thing they hate.

A street with businesses

The reality for many

A lot of people start a venture hoping to move away from the rat race. The idea of buying back their life from the 40+ hours spend working in someone else's business enticed them. The potential income from this idea could of been another ingredient. Some started because they sought employment but did not find it. They studied a certain field and the job market did not welcome them.

They then spent hours building something that ends up taking their life. In a form of:

  • More time spent from family than they anticipated.

  • More capital required than they had hoped. Leading to heavy debt.

  • Difficult customers, that take away their peace.

  • Constant problems that cause struggle with sleep at night.

  • Effort that feels fruitless.

A business that you love

Business does not have to be a drag. It does not have to be something that puts a pit in your stomach the moment you think about it. It is possible to love your business. You can have a business that makes you want to attend to it. That puts joy in your heart at the thought of it. An undertaking that feeds your soul. A business that is birthed from the spirit. One that you are excited to show to the world. The post below shows you how to do this.

Wisdom from the bible

Commit your works to the Lord, And your thoughts will be established - Proverbs 16:3.

Think on it for a moment. To establish means to start or create, to gain recognition. If you commit your work to the Lord, He will start and create your plans and give them recognition. Meaning your efforts will not be in vain. They will find expression and come to pass. If you are willing to take God at His Word and trust that He can do this. He will bless your efforts. He will speak to you and guide you. He will give you peace. This is a possibility that is waiting for you.
